想說的話

乳房─到底屬於父母、丈夫、孩子還是女性自己的？乳房重建，到底應該由於父母、丈夫、孩子、女性自己還是整形科醫師決定？對女性而言，它是重要的女性象徵，它的存在與外觀對女性的重要性，是無法言喻的！當女性因為先天性缺損、腫瘤或外傷而失去乳房時，那種自我心像的變化，是無法與任何一個人訴說的痛苦，乳房重建(breast reconstruction)即是在利用各種不同的方法，協助病友重建其乳房外觀，也重新建立其自信！對此類病友而言，猶如雪中送炭！

而乳房整形則是其具有正常外觀的乳房，但女性本身並不滿意，或想達到目前大家理想中審美的標準，經由乳房整形(mammoplasty)，重新雕塑其乳房外觀與大小，使女性更能滿意自我，此可謂錦上添花。

不論是錦上添花或雪中送炭，對女性而言，都必須經由專科的醫師審慎評估後，由女性自己決定，才能達到良好的效果，重建曼妙的自我!
